It was such a joy & a moment of precious remembrance looking back at this little piece - one that carries such a roar with it. She was created in 2023 & I have had her tucked away in my room for some time. I am excited to share it with you.

The piece itself was created to open the throat chakra… with love (green). Bringing the Heart & the Throat together - in healing. There have been moments (during that time) & also nowadays that I felt my throat close. Not knowing why - not fully understanding where the fear came from.

Am I allowed to say what I’m about to say? What if someone doesn’t like what I’m saying? What if I get yelled at? What if I’m not liked? What if? What if? What if?

What if I realize that the fear came from… somewhere in the past? What if I realize… that I’ve been creating a moment in the present to “live out” what the OG trigger was?

Even in song - opera can sometimes come easy but the middle - the umph of my vocal cords - tight as can be. Pursed - not even able to squeak. It hurt, burned, struggled… to open.

So… la gola came to be. A wee piece with a powerful roar.
